Servant-Minded
In the Bible, Jesus Christ is the ultimate example of a humble leader. Despite being the Son of God, he chose to live a simple life, serving others and putting their needs before his. In John 13:14-15, Jesus washes the feet of his disciples, showing them that true leadership is about serving others.
Listening To The Call
Another embodiment of humility is Moses. When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, Moses did not immediately say yes. Instead, he expressed his doubts and inadequacies, saying, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?” (Exodus 3:11). Despite having doubts about his leadership abilities, Moses obeyed God’s call and led the people with humility.
Self-Awareness
