Lillian Holt, Executive Director of Pastoral and External Relations
Lillian Holt has been recognized as a servant leader with an entrepreneurial spirit while unearthing successful strategic solutions to complex problems. She is known for building quality teams and identifying persons with leadership potential.
In 2013, she retired from State Farm Insurance Companies, serving in several capacities, including Agent, Executive Director of Marketing, Agency Field Executive, and Vice President of Agency. Her work career also includes years of service at Gallaudet University, where she served as the Chief of Staff to the Provost and the Administrator to the President and Board of Trustees, retiring in 2019. Lillian continues to conduct leadership training for small businesses and non-profit organizations. She graduated from Marywood University with honors and did her graduate work at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Ms. Holt holds many designations in the areas of leadership, mediation, and human relations. Lillian has a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Pastoral and External Relations at Kingdom Fellowship AME Church in Calverton, MD. She is married to Floyd Holt and is the mother of Dr. Dawn M. Holt; they reside in the Washington, D.C. area.
